This week, Jordan and Tom have been back to our 7 apartment development on Winkley Square in Preston.This project has been going on for what feels like a life time, we originally rewired this building and had the first fix of all apartments complete by March 2020, then the lurgy 
appeared, this had a major impact on the build schedule.
Fast forward to March 2022 and our FCR onsite team have five of the seven apartments second fixed, on this project we have completed the following
Installation of new three phase supply
Rewire of the whole building into seven apartments
Full fire alarm system
Emergency lighting install through out
A M.I.S.T fire suppression system. We will be testing the installation and issuing certificates including the Part P building regulations sign off the first week of April
